how do I upgrade. Upgrading BusyCal

Hi Joe,
The bug you are encountering with the location lookup not sticking on the first try will be fixed in the next update, which is available now as a beta release. If you are interested, please install the beta version to verify that is solves the problem for you.
You may download it here:
http://www.busymac.com/download/BusyCal-beta.zip
Then run the installer to install it.
You may continue running the beta version until the final version is released. Once the final version is available you will be prompted to install it over the beta version.
As for looking up airports, we use Apple's MapKit for the lookups and don't have much control over what it finds and returns. I guess you'll have to continue appending 'airport' when searching for those airport codes to get the desired results.
Regards,
-John
